Urban Community Network (UCN) is a non-profit organization that promotes safe, healthy, sustainable communities where youth and their families can thrive. UCN believes that strengthening indigenous support systems in the neighborhoods where youth reside is the key to empowering communities to take back responsibility for the supervision, support, accountability, and long-term development of its youth. UCN embraces a transformative approach to youth delinquency that focuses on building local neighborhood capacity to work with at-risk or system-involved youth and their families.
